Do you offer free estimates?

Do you still repair roofs?
Only for roofs we installed. Already an AAA customer? If we installed your roof, our 3-year workmanship warranty covers our work. Call the office at (630) 844-2553. See our warranty service page for details.
Do you work with insurance companies on storm damage?
Yes, and it’s one of our specialties. We represent YOU, not your insurance company: we help you report the claim, meet your adjuster on-site, review exactly what’s covered, and handle the paperwork through the final check. The full 6-step process is on our storm damage page.
What happens during a roof replacement?
We tarp your landscaping, tear off to the decking, inspect all of it, replace vents and plumbing boots with new, install your new system to manufacturer spec, and magnet-sweep your yard and driveway before we leave. The step-by-step process is on our new roofs page.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 12-month same-as-cash financing (up to a free year of no interest), and we accept VISA and MasterCard. Details on our financing page.
Will you tell me if my roof doesn’t need replacing?
Yes. If your roof still has good years left, we’ll tell you. No pressure to replace a roof that doesn’t need it. See special offers for our current offer.

How soon can someone come out?

Do you work in winter?
Yes. Asphalt shingles can be installed in cold weather with the right handling. Extreme cold or ice on the roof will delay a full replacement for safety reasons.
What if it rains partway through my roof replacement?
We watch the forecast and plan around it, and we never leave a roof open overnight — the deck is dried in before the crew leaves. If weather moves the schedule we’ll tell you promptly rather than leave you guessing.
