The Position

What You’ll Be Doing

Service calls across the Fox Valley — finding the problem, fixing it right, and representing a company that’s been doing this since 1999.

  • ✓
    Inspect roofs and exterior components to identify damage and leaks
  • ✓
    Perform roofing repairs on asphalt, metal, cedar, flat roofing, and other roofing systems
  • ✓
    Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
  • ✓
    Repair or replace damaged shingles, flashing, fascia, soffit, siding, and related exterior components
  • ✓
    Document findings and communicate repair recommendations
  • ✓
    Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • ✓
    Represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of roofing and exterior repair experience is preferred — along with the judgment to diagnose problems correctly the first time.

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • ✓
    Minimum 3 years of roofing and exterior repair experience preferred
  • ✓
    Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and materials
  • ✓
    Experience locating and repairing roof leaks
  • ✓
    Ability to replace shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots, and other roofing components
  • ✓
    Experience working with fascia, soffit, siding, gutters, and exterior trim
  • ✓
    Ability to diagnose and properly repair storm damage, wear-and-tear issues, and roofing defects
  • ✓
    Comfortable working on steep-slope roofs and at heights
  • ✓
    Ability to safely use ladders, roofing equipment, and hand tools
  • ✓
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • ✓
    Excellent customer service and communication skills
